friendly staff nice terrace clean apartment
the staff was friendly. i received good recommendations about where to find nice beaches. the apartment was nice and clean a very nice terrace was also present.
the bathroom towels were not as fluffy as the beach towels. this was a minor inconvenience

The location was great. It's close to everything, but it still maintains a quiet area. the sea view room was amazing, and it was very close to many shops and the beach. i also appreciated the restaurant under the building. It made dining very convenient.

the hotel has a very nice restaurant, and the kitchen is superb. they can even prepare dishes per your special request. the proximity of bars and shops made it very easy to find different types of cuisine.

the sunny terrace was a major plus and the underground parking offered convenience for those traveling by car. late checkout was also available with luggage storage and access to a shower. the pool was big and good.

The location is superior, and it is a surprisingly short walk to the city centre and all amenities. the beach is very close. Approximately 20 meters away, made beach trips very convenient.

excellent stay near the beach
onsite team friendly service
the apartment was spacious. the kitchen had sufficient equipment for our needs. the location provided easy access to both playa d'en bossa and the town (the short walk was great). the team on site offered excellent friendly service.
the air conditioning did not work properly. i was assigned an older apartment. my friends had a renovated one (it was a noticeable difference).

the restaurant offered delicious meals. i especially enjoyed the variety of seafood options. they prepared dishes according to our requests. this personalized service enhanced our dining experience.

beach umbrella beach towels washing liquid dated apartment ac malfunction
the apartment included washing liquid, a cloth, a towel, toilet roll, shampoo and conditioner. a changing room had towels provided, as well as beach towels and a beach umbrella.
the ac did not work in our room. we were given an apartment that seemed dated compared to others.
